HoverCard is a web-based service that generates customizable preview cards from URLs. The service includes:

• Automatic metadata extraction from URLs
• Customizable card templates and designs
• Multiple export formats (HTML, Markdown, Image URL)
• Pro features for advanced customization

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.

Prohibited Uses Include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmitting malicious code or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Creating cards for illegal, harmful, or offensive content

5. Payment and Billing

Pro features require a paid subscription. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Notify us of any changes to your payment method

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you're not satisfied with HoverCard Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund:

• Email hovercarddev@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
• Include your account email and order details
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund requests after 14 days cannot be accommodated

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HoverCard and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• You can delete your account and data anytime from your profile

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HoverCard and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
